Well my grandfather is out of the main ICU unit. One doctor says he can go home tomorrow, another says next week. Who knows?

Here's the vid of my sister and I singing at the talent show I posted about earlier. By the way, my sister is IndinaTookofMithegard. I was shaking and my knees were literally Nocking. (Sorry, I couldn't resist! LOL) Knocking. I'm the one with my hair half pulled back, and my sis is the one with it in her face! LOL She decided to hide I guess! She claims it was an accident. Hmm...

A Miracle
I was reading Ian's post about God's miracles and that inspired me to write about a miracle that has happened to me.
It was my first day of kindergarten. I was riding in the car on the way to a viewing for an elderly man that had passed away at our church. It frustrated me that I couldn't look out the window, because my dad had a suit hanging up blocking it. Well, we went around a sharp corner, and another car came flying towards us in the opposite direction. Before we knew what happened, BOOM! We got hit. Glass shattered, my sister screamed. When we came to a stop, we all got out, shaking, but not seriously injured. Looking at the car we found that the window by me was completely shattered, but I didn't have hardly a scratch on me. Do you know what saved me? My dad's suit! It caught all the glass that would have busted all over me!
We found out later that the very day of the wreck, our pastor suddenly felt the urge to pray for our dad and family. Our God works in amazing ways, doesn't He? Praise be to Him from whom all blessings flow!

The Restorer's Journey, My Grandpa, etc.
Hello friends!
I have just finished reading The Restorer's Journey, and I have to say...THERE HAD BETTER BE ANOTHER ONE! It's one of those endings that's not really an ending. Argh. It was very good though.
I visited my Grandpa, well, I call him my Pepaw, today. He seemed very scared. I told him you guys were praying for him and if he could talk (he's on the ventilator) I'm sure he would send his thanks.
Saw Black Hawk Down this weekend. Aside from the language, (another argh) it is probably one of my favorite war movies. I saw the TV version. I also saw the Spiderwick Chronicles, which was interesting. I thought it was a *saved monster* movie for sure. You'd like it *SM*. It was cute.

Emergency Prayer Request
Boy, do I live the life of Aidan Thomas. Yesterday my grandfather was taken to the hospital because he passed out in his wheelchair for no apparent reason. Then, last night at three o'clock in the morning, my mom gets a call that he is now in ICU because his heart stopped. I believe this morning he is still on a ventilator. Please pray for him and my family.
My grandfather accepted Christ on one of his many bedridden hospital visits. So whatever happens, I know where he is going. And if the worse happens, it's OK, because he will be going to meet his King.

A Time of Praise
Hello friends!
Isn't God good? Today in worship I just felt His presence around me. Oh, what a feeling! Being before my King, singing songs of worship! Wow. Uh oh. I feel a time of praise coming on! Hold on to your hats, because I can't restrain my thoughts!!!
God is great. God is good. God is wonderful. God is loving. God is jealous. God is merciful. God is mighty. God is just. God is awe inspiring. God is comforting. God is powerful. God is gracious. God is slow to anger. God is MY KING!!!
Awesome in majesty, Is the One eternal. Perfect in His might and power, The only truth and only source, He made all that is and loves all He made; His works are beyond our understanding. ~ Sharon Hinck.
I love my King, and can't get enough of him! I praise YOU, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. YOUR works are wonderful, I know that full well.

More Random News
Well, more Hobbit news.
It seems someone else is now suing New Line for something. I forgot what. That might put The Hobbit back and delay it further. Argh.
In other news...I'm still on Chapter 8 of my story. Sigh.
My great grandfather passed away a couple weeks ago. I didn't really know him that much because he had alsheimer's for most of the time, but my grandmother is taking it hard. Pray for her if you will.
I have been reading in Numbers lately and was surprised at the great number of the army of Isreal even at this early state. I think it said something like there were 600,000 men able to fight. WOW! I have studied a lot about the Revolutionary War and to them 6,000 was a huge army. I can't imagine going up against a force of a little over half a million people.
On my new pole you can pick more than one I think. Have fun!

Just Another Day
Well, not much is happening at my house lately. Bored. Sigh.
OOH!!! This just in! I just got The Restorer's Journey today! Whoop! I've read the first three chapters just about and some of my predictions have already come to pass! Creepy.
I began the 8th chapter of my story/book thing. It gets easier to write as I go along, and I thank my King for that.
Not much going on again. How have you all been lately?
