My Vacation

I must apologize for not being on here in so long! I'm on vacation! We went to Williamsburg, VA and that was really fun. The town was neat! Being a real American Revolution buff, it was great! Then we went to Yorktown, another YES! Then Jamestown. On the way out we went to Mount Vernon, G. Washinton's home and it was gorgeous! Now I am in Washington D.C.! Day one I went to the Lincoln Memorial and it was so big! I never thought it was that huge! Also saw the Reflecting Pool and the Washington Monument. Day two we toured the Capitol Building and the Pentagon. We also hit the Library of Congress, but sadly the Reading Room was closed. :( And today we got a tour of the White House! REALLY neat. Just after that we went to National Archives and saw the Declaration of Independence, The Constitution, The Bill of Rights...etc. I could hear the National Treasure theme song in my head the whole time! Well, that's my update. Gtg!

A New Pole!

Greetings friends!

Ok, I'm probably driving all of you made with my infernal Prince Caspianess, but here's another pole! Tell me what you thought of the scene, or explain if I've missed your favorite.

Prince Caspian

Well, I saw it and I have just one word to say: AMAZING!!!

I loved it! Totally better fight scenes, tons of action shots, and the duel...ah. The heavenly duel. Although it is kind of painful. I loved it!

Peter was rather sarcastic and a bit bitter in the beginning and a little bit in the middle, but I didn't mind so much, because he reminded me of Peter in the Bible. In Prince Caspian, Peter comes back thinking that he will be in charge again, and sort of leaves Aslan out of the picture. He ends up falling flat on his face and messes some major things up, and he finally sees in the end that it is Aslan that is really behind victory. At first, he only shouts: For Narnia! But by the end he's proclaiming, For Aslan. Peter in the Bible often got a big head about things it seemed. He too was over-zealous, always jumping into things. And then he would fall and come crawling back to Christ again.

I'm Having a Thought Here

Any of you guys live in or around Williamsburg, VA or Washington D.C.? If so, perhaps we could meet! My family is going on vacation there. Anyone?

I am going to do random facts about myself! Here goes!

I am rather short...the shortest in my family, and I'm the oldest!

I have sandy-brown hair that's more blond than brown.

I have sometimes hazel, sometimes just green or brown, sometimes blue, eyes. Just call me an Elf! lol

I am writing a book and five short stories at the moment.

I love fantasy and movies!!!

My favorite color is green.

I take a theatrical swordsclass. Huzzah! :)

I speak a little Sindarin (Mae Govannen!)

I love the woods with a strange passion, and could live in it probably.

My favorite actors are Johnny Depp, Orlando Bloom, and Reese Witherspoon (kinda). Not to mention the four Pevensie actors.

I was saved at the age of 7.

Poor Harry

So, I finally saw the third Spidy and it did not end how I wanted it to. Bummer about Harry! Bummer for M.J. and Peter too. It has to be my favorite out of all of them though. And for those of you interested Narniaweb has two full scenes from Prince Caspian for your pleasure!
