Well, not much is happening at my house lately. Bored. Sigh.
OOH!!! This just in! I just got The Restorer's Journey today! Whoop! I've read the first three chapters just about and some of my predictions have already come to pass! Creepy.
I began the 8th chapter of my story/book thing. It gets easier to write as I go along, and I thank my King for that.
Not much going on again. How have you all been lately?

Hey Flinn! Just another day of school on my hands. Still, instead of talking about all of the boring things, I thank my King for giving me another day to enjoy. It's been sunny here with a high of 17 degrees. Amazingly warm!!!

Brr! But you're right! My King has given me another day to live! And for that I am thankful.
Not much in my life, either, but hey....at least I'm not being bombarded with tasks! :) And it has been nice and sunny and warm here, too....it's only February, and it feels almost like summer!
The weather down here is real icy. It's pretty bad weather to drive in. My father had to travel in the ice and stuff but, thankfully, it was a smooth ride. I think it's like thirty degrees here or something like that. I am bored, too, Flinn.
Sapphira - I'm glad to know that your father and everyone was okay and that the ride wasn't too much of a jostle...:)
You know, Canadians (like me!)reading that "thirty degress" part would originally think of really hot weather...(Celsius degrees :) But don't worry, it is easy to figure out you meant Farenheit.
Say, is it true that some Americans think Canadians live in igloos or something like that?
Ok Ian, I have a story, though it's not too long. I take a biology class off of a live satalite feed from SC. During the first semester, a day came when my teacher shouted out "Happy Thanksgiving!" Everyone looked around and wondered what she meant. Ha, I guess no one knew about Canadian Thanksgiving day!

I've been to Canada before when I was ten. My dad dragged me and my three siblings and mom just to go fishing in Ontario. No, I don't think Canadians live in igloos, when I went there in the summer, it was too hot!
Well, there are a lot of rumours going around about what Southern Americans think....One I'v heard is that a family of Americans came across the border in the middle of summer wearing parkas!!
I am a southern American and I assure you, we don't think you live in igloos! LOL!
Ian, I must say that I know what you mean. I compare my North Dakoda Grandparents with my Florda Grandparents and BOY do I see a differance! If Floridian weather hits 20 (F.), they think it's the next ice age! (maybe not all, but a few!)

P.S. Sapphira, when I turned ten was when I lived in Michigan, so my family drove through the tunnel connecting Detroit with Ontario, so I got to see a good bit of Canada!

Ian, I've been to Canada a few times! I like it! It's really pretty! Where do YOU live? I live in Puget Sound, which is in Northwestern WA, on Fidalgo Island. It it very wet here, although almost never lower than 30 degrees Fahrenhiet. so, about 0 degrees Celcius, right??

Elliot - very intersting stories - your florida grandparents should come to Canada - they'd wonder why it wasn't covered in ice, lol! (it's not that cold, but in comparison to Florida, its frigid!)
Flinn - good to know that Southern Americans are not as ignorant as many Canadans think they are (tables turned?) No offense to anyone, of course.

Actually, we are not as hillbilly as many think we are. At least, not most of us! LOL! I've asked people from...well...not the south if I have an accent of any kind and thankfully I do not! Thank goodness. I think the Southern Accent tends to add to the belief that we are ignorant.

Your from the South, flinn? Me, too! I live in Arkansas, and I am not an old hillbilly! Does anyone here think that people from Arkansas are automatically country hicks wearing overalls with patches on them? Please answer honestly, too!
